1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of evorentiq.com and purchases made through the website.

Evorentiq is operated by Xuzhou Lehong Jiachuan Network Technology Co., Ltd. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean this company. References to “you” mean the person using our website or placing an order.

Please review these Terms before placing an order. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy also apply to purchases. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, to place an order.

Although we sell children’s toys, our purchasing and customer account services are intended for adults, including parents and caregivers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell children’s toys and play-related products, including building blocks, dinosaur toys, snail toys, and items for children’s play spaces.

Please review the individual product description, dimensions, materials, package contents, age recommendations, and warnings before purchasing.

We aim to present products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors in photographs. This does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.

Accessories or decorative objects shown in photographs are included only when the product description expressly identifies them as part of the purchase.

4. Toy Selection and Use

Parents and caregivers are responsible for selecting toys appropriate for a child’s age and abilities and following the instructions and warnings supplied with each product.

Some products may contain small parts. Keep these parts away from children under three years of age and observe any stricter product-specific age restrictions. Provide adult supervision where indicated.

Inspect products before use and stop using any item that appears damaged or unsafe. Contact us if you have concerns about a product’s condition or instructions.

These responsibilities do not limit our obligations concerning defective, unsafe, or incorrectly described products.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices and shipping charges are stated in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are displayed at checkout before payment. Please review the final total before submitting your order.

Payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Price changes do not apply retroactively to orders we have already accepted.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order; it does not by itself confirm acceptance.

We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unresolved payment problem, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery address, or a material pricing error.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, we will notify you and initiate a refund to the original payment method. We will not require an additional payment for a pricing correction without your agreement.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only to the United States.

The following shipping rates apply, subject to address eligibility and the options displayed at checkout:

Order processing and carrier transit are separate stages. Selecting Express Shipping does not eliminate processing time.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly provide a guaranteed date. If a significant delay occurs, contact us for assistance and any available cancellation or refund options.

8. Cancellations and Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation or address correction.

Requests depend on the order’s processing status and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If cancellation is no longer possible, an eligible item may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

If we complete a cancellation after collecting payment, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return requests within 180 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligible returns qualify for free return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Contact service@evorentiq.com for authorization and shipping arrangements before returning merchandise.

Our company address is not a designated return address unless we specifically confirm it for your return.

Refund conditions, inspection procedures, original shipping charge treatment, and refund timing are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, with additional posting time possible depending on your payment provider.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.

We may request reasonable photographs or other information to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.

Opening packaging to discover a defect does not, by itself, remove your eligibility for a remedy. You are not responsible for return shipping needed to resolve a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Submit false payment information or impersonate another person.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or personal information.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website security.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect security. Any restriction does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders, refunds, or applicable consumer rights.

Our store uses Shopify and may provide access to third-party payment, shipping, or other services.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content or availability.

We may correct inaccurate information. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

Corrections to website content do not retroactively change the agreed terms of an accepted order without your agreement.

We are responsible for fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse of a product or website, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase contract was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Events such as severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, or government restrictions may affect fulfillment.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will provide available information and discuss appropriate options. Such events do not automatically remove your right to a refund for goods that cannot be supplied.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

Please contact us first if a dispute arises so we can seek a resolution. If it remains unresolved, either party may pursue remedies before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive mandatory protections or prevents you from bringing a claim in a forum available under applicable consumer law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will display the revised date at the top of this page.

Changes apply prospectively. Purchases remain governed by the terms in effect when the relevant order was placed, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.

20. Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
